lagii binaa ren na jage koii (Hindi: लगी बिना, Urdu: لَگی بِنا) "Without the Yearning, No One Spends the NIght Awake", also known shortly as "Lagi Bina" (WIthout the Yearning), is in fact a mix of the lyrics of two different poems/songs which were shortened, partially translated into Urdu, and musically arranged.

One is "Lagi Bina" itself, attributed to the XVIII century Sufi poet and philosopher Bulleh Shah.

The other is "Chal Mele Noon Challiye", which was mostly kept in the original Punjabi language, and was authored by the Sufi poet Waris Shah, also from XVIII century's Punjab.

The song was featured in 2016 at season 9 of the Pakistani musical show Coke Studio.

The combined music was composed and arranged by the musician Jaffer Zaidi.

The singers were Sanam Marvi for the "Lagi Bina" sections, and the traditional artist Saieen Zahoor for the "Chal Mele Noon Challiye", sections.
