ishq shaavaa (Hindi: इश्क़ शावा, Urdu: عشق شاوا) can be loosely translated as "Love, yeah!".
It is a song and dance-oriented video clip from the 2012 Indian romantic film "Jab Tak Kai Jaan".
The main dancing couple are the protagonists of the film, Samar (Shah Rukh Khan) and Meera (Katrina Kaif). The dance takes place at night in underground and riverside London locations near the river Thames, and finally on a barge.
The lyrics, written by Indo-Pakistani poet Gulzar (Sampooran Singh Kaira), are mostly in Hindi but with some Punjabi and Perso-Arabic expressions.
The singers are "Raghav" (Canadian pop singer Raghav Mathur) and Shilpa Rao, a renowned Indian singer mostly known for her Bollywood playback work.
The music was composed by A. R. Rahman, and produced by YRF Music.
