dil xush hai aaj
Touch on each word to display its meaning
(My) Heart is Happy Today
[ both lines x2 ]
(My) heart is happy, an encounter with (her) happened today
an encounter happened today …
[both lines x2]
Although just from afar, talk happened
Talk happened …
I developed a relationship with (her) [x2]
Even if it deteriorates, that's a big deal!
that's big deal …
(My) heart is happy, an encounter with (her) happened today
an encounter happened today …
When the fragrance of breath was spread, heartbeat increased [x2]
When (her) headscarf flew away, a shower of color happened
a shower happened …
(My) heart is happy, an encounter happened today
an encounter happened today …
The soul wants it, and I acknowledge God now [x2]
Whatever I wasn't certain of, now became miracles
became miracles …
(My) heart is happy, an encounter with (her) happened today
an encounter happened today …
Although just from afar, talk happened
Talk happened …
