yaad piyaa kii aane lagii(Hindi:याद पिया की आने लगी, Urdu: یاد پِیا کی آنے لگی) is a song originally created by the lyricist and composer Lalit Sen, and then used in a video clip created in 2019 by the music company T-Series.
The video clip lyrics were modified by Punjabi lyricist Jaani, and the music was reworked by the composer Tanishk Bagchi.
The background singer is Neha Kakkar.
The video clip is structured as a frame story. In the main story, set in the distant future, a robot (reminiscent of the USA 2008 animated film WALL-E) searches the city of Mumbai after Earth has been devastated by some cataclysm.
The robot finds a video of a man confessing his love for a woman called Sitara ( then, the video (which is the framed story) shows Sitara (played by the actress Divya Khosla Kumar) in different roles, always madly in love with a different man who doesn't reciprocate her feelings.
