koii laRkii hai (Hindi:कोई लड़की है, Urdu: کوئی لڑکی ہے) "There is a Girl", is a song from the 1997 Indian romantic film Dil To Pagal Hai.
saavan or Sawan, which was a traditional Indian month corresponding to the beginning of the rainy season (which is, in turn, also associated with romantic feelings).
Also, the stanza:
ghoRe jaisii chaal, haathii jaisii dum The walk like a horse, the tail like an elephant
and the references to the "King of Sawan", probably refer to the Hindu deity Indra, king of heaven and controller of the rains.
Indra is usually depicted mounting a horse or an elephant.
