ke saraa saraa is the Hindustani pronunciation of the English expression “Que Sera Sera”, which is usually spelt using Spanish words, but it is not grammatical in that language.
A worldwide famous song named after this phrase was released in 1956, sung by the American actress Doris Day.

The video clip shows a scene of the movie where the female protagonist, Anjali (played by Madhuri Dixit ) dances and sings along with Prabhu Deva (acting as himself in an item number), while being watched by Jai, the male protagonist and her love interest (Anil Kapoor).
