When I bowed down in adoration, and listened to my heart
I heard Your name, none except God
जिया मोरा माँगे दर्शन तोरा
मन की सुने नाही साजन मोरा
रात गए मैं ने दीप जलाए
भोर भई पर वह नाही आए

but my beloved would not listen to my heart
Night was passing, I lighted lamps,
dawn happened, but would not come!

इश्क़ का हो मोआमला
तो लाज़िम-ओ-मलज़ूम क्या
इश्क़ में जो पड़ गए
तो हाकिम-ओ-महकूम क्या

it doesn't matter who is ruler and who is ruled
कुछ हम सुनें और कुछ तू सुनाए
कोई भी पर्दा रह न जाए

The song was written and composed by Ahsan Bari, the band founder and leader.
The song has Sufi undertones, and it is written in Urdu with a few words of Braj and Persian.
