Touch on each word to display its meaning
[ all stanza x2 ]
Oh, my sweetheart,
how much longer you will torture me so?
I will light the fire in (your) heart
that will melt (you) in an instant
[all stanza x2]
One day will come, you will fall in love
I will light the fire in (your) heart
and will melt (you) in an instant
[ both lines x2 ]
When you will have thought about me in (your) loneliness(es)
you will be surrounded even more in my shadows
[both lines x2]
Your heart will get uneasy, you will fall in love
Oh, my sweetheart,
how much longer you will torture me so?
I will light the fire in (your) heart
that will melt (you) in an instant
[ both lines x2 ]
When heart shall unite with heart, then you'll start being fragrant
Once come to my arms, you'll start feeling intoxicated
[both lines x2]
You will lose (your) senses, you will fall in love
Oh, my sweetheart,
how long will you torture me so?
I will light the fire in (your) heart
that will melt (you) in an instant
One day will come, you will fall in love
I will light the fire in (your) heart
that will melt (you) in an instant
