O Leke Pehla Pehla Pyar (Hindi: ओ, ले के पहला पहला प्यार, Urdu: او, لے کے پہلا پہلا پیار) "Oh, With the First Love", is a song from the 1956 Hindi film "CID".

The song's lyrics were written by the Indian Urdu poet Majrooh Sultanpuri, and the music was composed by O.P.Nayyar.

In the movie, the song is interpreted by a couple of street folk musicians who busk for the couple formed for the main protagonists, the Inspector Shekhar (Dev Anand), and Rekha (Shakila).
During this performance, Shekhar is amused and Rekha is visibly disturbed, as the song seems to reflect Rekha's feelings for him.

Later on, alone in a garden, Rekha remembers the performers and the second part of the song is played, in a sadder tone.

The male voice in the song belongs to Mohammed Rafi; the female voices belong to Shamshad Begum (in the first part of the song, performed in the street), and to Asha Bhosle (when the song transitions to being remembered in the garden). All three of them were legendary, foundational Bollywood playback singers.

The street performers are the actors Shyam Kapoor (as the Harmonium Player) and Sheela Vaz (as the dancer/flute player).
