Jaane Jaan Dhoondhta Phir Raha (Hindi: जान-ए-जान ढूँढता फिर रहा, Urdu: جان~جان ڈھونڈتا پھر رہا) "Dearest, I Keep Going Around Searching", sometimes simply called "Jaane Jaan Dhoondhta", is a song from the 1972 Indian film "Jawani Diwani".

The film was a musical hit and is remembered mostly because of its soundtrack, especially for this song. The plot is about members of an aristocratic family that doesn't approve of their daughters marrying lesser men.

One such couple are Neeta (played by the Indian actress Jaya Badhuri) and Vijay (played by the Indian actor Randhir Kapoor).

In the video clip, they play a mock hide-and-seek in some wooded landscape, while calling for each other and declaring their mutual love.
In the end, they "find" each other and walk away together.

The music of this song, which has typical 1970's rhythm and arrangements, was composed by the famous Indian music director R.D.Burman, and the singers are the enormously famous and prolific Bollywood playback singers Kishore Kumar and Asha Bhosle, who often worked alongside this director.

The lyrics for this and all the other songs in the film were written by the Indian lyricist Anand Bakshi.
