Walk with me up to heaven
Walk, up to heaven, walk
[both lines x2]
This sheet of cloud
These dopattas of stars
Let us hide in there for a few moments
Walk with me up to heaven
Walk, up to heaven, walk

Look where we came walking together, my beloved
Where in the arms of the day, the shadows of the night are waning
Go looking for those pavilions,
where the desires of raindrops
make all dreams come true
Closing my eyes,
Following you,
I shall go, if you say so

I didn't see this sight anywhere before
It appears to me, as if this whole atmosphere became changed
A feverishness happened to the sun
it does mischief to the nights
it has sat on your window
At this, even the moon broke down
it melted drop by drop
flowed into my eyes and filled them

I shall extinguish the sun,
I shall make you embellish yourself,
let the morning be tomorrow because of you only

Falak Tak (Hindi: फ़लक तक, Urdu: فلک تک) "Up to Heaven" is a song from the 2008 Indian masala movie "Tashan".

The lyrics were written by the Bollywood lyricist and screenwriter Kausar Munir, and the music was composed by the singer-composer duo Vishal-Shekhar.

In the film and video clip, the playback singers are Udit Narayan for the male parts, and Mahalaxmi Iyer for the female parts.

The video clip shows Pooja and Bachchan, two of the main characters of the movie. Pooja (interpreted by Kareena Kapoor) is a scammer who swindled money from very dangerous people, and Bachchan (Akshay Kumar) is a goon, not too bright, who was initially dispatched to punish her but ends up seduced by her.

The other character briefly shown in the video clip is Jimmy, (Saif Ali Khan), partner in crime with Pooja. Jimmy and Pooja had agreed that she would seduce Bachchan while they shoot movie scenes. At some point, she seems genuinely moved by Bachchan's simplicity.

The scenes are shot at night in an amusement park, and by day the Rajasthani desert. The actors fly kites in the company of many other couples also dressed in traditional clothes, probably in relation to the Makar Sankranti, a Hindi solar celebration where kites are flown.

The movie action is supposed to happen all over India: other scenes were shot in what seems to be some riverbank city, where both actors wear traditional dresses and Pooja also has a ghum̐ghrū or musical anklet.

By the end of the clip, the characters, who are travelling on a Jeep, give a lift to a group of Kathakali dancers. Kathakali is a classical dancing style from Kerala in Southern India.
