Only you are
00 :10
[both verses x2]
Now I can't live without you
what's my existence without you?
[both verses x2]
If I were to be separated from you
then I will just be separated from myself
00 :48
Because it's only you,
now it's only you
Only you are (my) life now
also peace, also my pain
Only you are (my) love now
01 :29
What kind of relation is it,
yours and mine?
(to be) away one moment is not bearable.
Only for You, I live everyday
I gave all my time to you
May there be no moment of mine without you,
your name on every breath!
02 :02
Because it's only you,
now it's only you
Only you are (my) life now
also peace, also my pain
Only you are (my) love now
02 :31
Only you are [x2] …
02 :52
I lived only for you,
which has given myself away this way.
Your faithfulness restored me,
pulled away all sorrows from the heart
My fate has been joined with you,
Having attained you, I didn't remain incomplete.
03 :26
[all stanza x2]
Because it's only you,
now it's only you
Only you are (my) life now
also peace, also my pain
Only you are (my) love now
[all stanza x2]
Tum Hi Ho (Hindi: तुम ही हो, Urdu: تُم ہی ہو ) "Only you are", usually translated into English as "You are the One" is a song from the 2010 Indian movie "Aashiqui 2".

The film "Ashiqui 2" was inspired in a previous, very highly regarded Indian film "Ashiqui", but it was not strictly a sequel. It depicts the troubled love relationship between two musicians, Rahul and Aarohi, played by the Indian actors Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor, respectively.

The video clip shows slides of romantic scenes of the movie between both of them.

The lyrics were composed by the Indian director and lyricist Mithun Sharma (a.k.a. Mithoon), and sung by the famous, polyglot Indian singer Arijit Singh.
