Jab Se Tu Ne Mujhe Diwana (Hindi: जब से तूने मुझे दीवाना, Urdu: جب سے تونے مُجھے دِیوانہ), often titled with its full first verse, jab sē tū nē mujhē dīvānā banā rakkhā hai (Since You Have Made me Love-Crazed), is a famous ghazal written by the Urdu poet Hakim Nasir

It was musicalized and made popular by the Pakistani Sufi singer Abida Parveen.

The video clip is a modern "cover" of the same song, made by the Pakistani band Khamaaj.

The ghazal is about a man who goes crazy because of unfulfilled love.
The allusions to stones and stoning are probably inspired in the traditional Eastern love story "Manjun Laila", as in some of the versions, Manjun is condemned to be stoned, or it simply could mean that people use stones to shoo him away, as he becomes alienated.

The "Nasir" near the final verses is the poet addressing himself, because traditional ghazals require that the poet do so in the final couplet. This is somewhat obscured by Khamaaj's interpretation. This is probably because the band plays to an audience who is already very familiar with the original.

The full ghazal in the original order (which makes more sense) is as follows:

jab sē tū nē mujhē dīvānā banā rakkhā hai saṁg har śaxs nē hāthōṁ mēṁ uṭhā rakhā hai
Since you have made me love-crazed
people have taken up stones in their hands

uskē dil par bhī kaṛī iśq mēṁ guzrī hōgī nām jis nē bhī mōhbbat kā sazā rakhā hai
Severe things would have happened onto the heart
of he who decided to name love as punishment

patthrōṁ āj mērē sar pē barstē kyūm̐ hō maiṁ nē tujhkō bhī kabhī apnā xudā rakhā hai
Why do you rain stones on my head today?
I have once even esteemed you as God

pī jā ayyām kī talxī kō bhī ham̐s kar, nāsir ġam kō sahnē mēṁ bhī qudrat nē mazā rakkhā hai
Drink up even the bitterness of the days with a smile, Nasir
In enduring of sorrow, too, the Providence has put joy
