Dil Khush Hain Aaj (Hindi: दिल ख़ुश है आज, Urdu: دِل خوش ہے آج) "Today (My) Heart is Happy" is a song from the 1965 Bollywood romantic film "Ghazal". The title is sometimes reproduced as "Dil Khush Hain Aaj Unse". following the first stanza.

In the movie, the song is played when the main male protagonist, Ejaz (played by Sunil Dutt), falls in love with Naaz Ara, the female protagonist (Meena Kumari), and he reflects about the effect that is having in his life.

The song's lyrics were written by Sahir Ludhianvi, and the music was composed by Madan Mohan.

The playback singer was Mohammed Rafi.
